I have known LUCA for many years now. They are a talented group with a focus on the details. Unlike many in their profession who focus singularly on compliance (which is of the utmost importance), they are business people who understand what is required to run a successful business. I would highly recommend them.

Trey and his crew at LUCA really are the best. They are experts in their fields. I own a 7 person, industrial business and we leave all our accounting, Quickbooks, payroll, taxes, etc. to them without worry - they've never disappointed. Accounting is my biggest weakness and they always keep me informed of our financial situation before problems arise. As consultants, they even help prevent problems too. I usually have a lot of random questions, but they're always helpful and answer the phone and return emails almost immediately.

I've only been on board with LUCA for a few months but already have felt so much relief from having to do financial tasks that are outside of my gift mix as well as bog me down. This is an honest team here who is genuinely concerned with improving the efficiency and work flow of our company. Excuses are not accepted with these guys and they just seem to do things the right way! While at first we hired LUCA as the more expensive option, since then, they have actually increased savings such to the point now that they are less expensive than previous bookkeeper/accountants we were using.
