I worked with Luca HQ over several months last year getting my AL business set up, and they couldn't be more helpful. For those not in the accounting world, what I've learned is that there's a big difference between going with a CPA who only does your taxes once a year vs a full-service firm like LUCA. The big difference here is that LUCA keeps you humming throughout the year month in and month out. The most painful part about business setup, especially in a new state, is state business compliance. Many CPA firms and bookkeepers don't offer this but LUCA does, which is a key component. Definitely recommend connecting with them if you want to make things easier on yourself.
